Cake with tuna and olives


ingredients:

3 eggs
1 cup oil (150 ml)
1 glass of milk (or white wine) - 150 ml
1 glass of grated cheese - 70 g
1 jar pitted green olives (160 g drained)
1 large natural tuna box (265 g)
300 g flour
1 packet of yeast



preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 °
Beat the eggs with the oil,
Add milk, mix
Add flour and baking powder, mix
Add the cheese, mix
Add the tuna crumbs, mix
Add the drained olives, mix

Pour into a buttered pan floured, for about 45 minutes
Check cooking knife
Leave to cool, unmold, cut and serve.
