super moist orange cake recipe

ingredients:

3 eggs
250 g of sugar
1 pot of natural yoghurt (or vanilla)
1 jar (yogurt) oil
1 jar of almonds
250 g flour
1/2 packet of yeast
the juice of 1/2 orange (or lemon)
zest of 1/2 orange (or lemon)

For the glaze: icing sugar (about 2 yoghurt pots) and the rest of the orange or lemon (peel juice)



preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 °
Beat eggs with sugar
Add the yogurt, mix
Add oil, stir,
Add the juice and zest of half citrus mix
Add the ground almonds, mix
Add flour and baking powder and mix.

Pour into a buttered floured
Place in the oven and reduce the temperature to 180 °
Allow about 30 minutes and check with a knife
