Milk Chocolate Cake

ingredients:

5 eggs
150 g of sugar
150 g butter
100 g of milk chocolate (Nestle, for example)
200 g flour
1 packet of yeast



preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 °
5 Beat the eggs with sugar
Melt chocolate with butter (1 minute in the microwave)
Add the chocolate and butter mixture, mix
Add flour and baking powder, mix

Pour into a buttered floured
Bake about 50 minutes -for a long mold cake- (check with a knife)

Leave to cool, unmold, use :)
