ingredients:

200g soft butter
Sugar 200g
3 eggs
350 g flour
1 packet of yeast
120 ml orange flower water (or 30 ml rum + 60 ml milk)
200 g of candied fruit into small pieces


preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 °
Beat soft butter with sugar
Add eggs 1-1, mixing well between each
Add flour and baking powder, mix well, it becomes compact
Add in 3 liquid (water or orange blossom or rum mixture + milk)
mix well
Pour half of the mixture into the buttered cake pan floured
Stir in candied fruit in the other half in the bowl and mix well.
Pour into the mold

Bake 25 minutes at 200 ° and then lower the temperature to 180 ° for about another 25 minutes.
Check for doneness with a knife.
Let cool and unmold.
